To register for classes, complete the online registration form below (scroll down) and submit it. There is a $10 registration fee that will be added to your account. Please be sure to read the 2021-22 Class Guidelines, including mask requirements, before registering and register all children who will be attending the class. You may also chose to print and mail a paper copy of our registration form.

(Please note if you are registering as a gift that an automatic response is sent to the email entered; please enter your own email, and list the recipient's email in the comments section with a note that it is a gift.)
Thank you for choosing Union Colony Children's Music Academy to further the development of your child(ren). Students are enrolled in classes in the order that the registration is received; you will be contacted as soon as possible if you register for a class that is already filled. Classes must meet minimum enrollment or may be cancelled. We look forward to seeing you in class!
